The tab "Products" presents information on the software tools developed by Bureau Veritas, and in particular :

The confidential information is an additional service which provides owners and managers with detailed information on the class status of their ships; expiry dates of class and statutory certificates, next due surveys and any recommendation(s) endorsed on certificates are readily available and the information is up-dated within hours of every survey.

Once identified, owners and managers have their ships listed on the tab "My Fleet", together with a colour-coded dashboard showing the ships having a certificate or survey due or overdue. Owners have also the possibility to generate a complete fleet status, showing the classification and statutory status of all ships belonging to them, in pdf format. They have also the possibility to generate a "To Do" status for the fleet, showing for each individual ship, the items to be done in the next three months.

Survey reports and certificates electronically issued by Bureau Veritas surveyors are also available in the confidential session. Ship owners and managers have now immediate access to survey reports and certificates, as soon as they are processed.

Owners and managers which have been ISM certified by Bureau Veritas (at least one DOC issued by BV) may find detailed information concerning the DOCs issued, the audits performed and scheduled and any non-conformity on the tab "My Company".

The confidential information is accessible to ship owners and managers who have applied to Bureau Veritas to obtain the necessary access rights. To gain access, ship owners and managers should complete and send the form Become a member, or apply to the nearest BV office. The confidential information is also available to Flag Authorities having recognized Bureau Veritas to perform statutory certification on their behalf.
