The Marine Directory provides a quick access to detailed information about all Bureau Veritas offices around the world dealing with maritime business.
It provides the office postal address and contact details, as well as the list of marine surveyors, including their mobile phones, when available.

The "Bulletin Technique" contains all the academic papers and presentations made by the Bureau Veritas' expert staff every year. It provides deep technical resources for anyone interested in ocean technology. The subjects covered are:
Shipping is one of the most regulated industries in the world. International statutory regulations are mainly issued by IMO. These regulations are frequently revised and new requirements may retroactively apply to existing ships.
In addition to the Statutory News Bulletins, and in order to further help ship owners better understand the new statutory requirements and identify in a snapshot whether they are applicable to their ships and when they become mandatory, BV has issued a new periodic brochure "Navigating through statutory requirements", which will be issued annually and provide guidance on the statutory requirements made applicable during the current biennal.
Bureau Veritas is one of the world's leading training organisations. The Marine Division proposes a wide range of training courses dealing with several aspects of ship's design, rules and regulations, ship's in operation and ISM and ISPS certification.
The training services are built upon the skills gained from more than 180 years of experience in ship's inspection and design review.
Consult our training catalogue and find the complete list of training courses proposed. Find also the training calendar with the next scheduled training courses.
Following the ratification by 3O ILO Member states representing about 60% of world gross tonnage MLC 2006 will enter in force on 20.08.2013.
